gini and n_gini report numbers > 1 #6
Description
I believe there is an issue with the way the Gini is computed; it reports numbers> 1 (which should not be the case, to my knowledge. Looking in the code, I think the issue is the denominator of the Gini function, where you use 2t2m, where m is the mean depth of covered bases. This number can be really small, and turning the numbers > 1.
