Assign Group managers edit permissions in their group's resources

Until now, when a resource is part of a group, the managers of that group do not have permission to edit the resource.
We need to dynamically (virtually) assign permissions to group managers so they can edit the resources belonging to their groups.
In other words, if a resource is included in a group, the group's managers should be able to edit it.

Now, users who are group managers of a group dynamically receive extra permissions for all resources belonging to that group.
More specifically, if a user is a group manager, they dynamically receive the following additional permissions for each resource in the group:
