UI Issues on Signup Page (Scrolling, Color Mismatch, Missing Login Link) #192

Description

While reviewing the signup page, I observed multiple UI/UX inconsistencies that could affect user experience and design consistency:

  1. Logo Cut-off on Scroll: When scrolling down, the main logo in the header is partially hidden/cut off, which looks unpolished and may confuse users.
  2. UI Color Mismatch: The gradient/background color on the signup page differs from the login page, breaking visual consistency and brand identity.
  3. Missing Quick Navigation for Existing Users: There is no "Already have an account? Login" option, which can slow down navigation for returning users.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to /signup.
  2. Scroll down to the form.
  3. Observe the header logo being partially cut off.
  4. Compare the UI color scheme and missing login link with the /login page.

Expected Behavior

  • Proper Logo Display: The header logo should remain fully visible and not be cut off during scrolling.
  • Consistent Theme: The signup page should match the login page’s gradient/background style.
  • Login Shortcut: Include an "Already have an account? Login" link for quick access.

Proposed Solution

  • Adjust header CSS (padding/margin/position) to ensure the logo remains fully visible while scrolling.
  • Match the gradient/background style with the login page for design consistency.
  • Add an "Already have an account? Login" link below the signup form.

Impact

Fixing these issues will:

  • Improve visual quality and polish.
  • Maintain brand consistency across authentication pages.
  • Enhance navigation for both new and returning users.
