…patch events Restrict GitHub App Token creation to `push` and `workflow_dispatch` events only, preventing unnecessary token generation for other trigger types.
Consolidates GitHub App and Terraform Cloud token retrieval using the 1Password load-secrets action across all relevant CI/CD workflows.
