As mentioned in #2337, this is the one uses key whose OID and commented version I kept back one patch release there, in order to make sure Dependabot version updates would work to update the new was we're writing uses.
It does work; that's this PR. Once CI passes here, I think this can be merged at any time, even before #2340, especially in view of that PR is having an unexpected failure.
However, I'll use the Dependabot command to merge this, so it only happens after all CI finishes, even the CodeQL checks--just in case. (The @dependabot commands for merging are deprecated, but I think they still work until sometime later this month. I'll be sad to see them go. Other commands, such as @dependabot rebase and @dependabot recreate, are not deprecated and will continue to work.)
