Removing loose php-cli.ini fails on subsequent initialization of containers #422
Description
When utilizing this Docker image in a scenario where the container is not rebuilt every time, subsequent initializations of a container results in rm /opt/php/lib/php-cli.ini (source) failing because the file no longer exists.
I propose that the removal of the loose php-cli.ini fails silently.
