Issue: GovAlta/ui-components#2623

Changes

  • Adds a second view to the component page to show a table/list that includes status.
  • card image now also links to component page
  • status badge added to component cards (hidden if published)
  • list view allows sorting
  • list view links to github issues in our ds backlog that are tagged with the component name
  • displays "View([count of issues in github])
