Looks great @vanessatran-ddi! Content looks to match the designs.

Deploy preview:
One small change requested:
- change the name of the page heading and the name in the navigation from:
"Long Term Support (LTS) policy" to "Long Term Support (LTS)"
(remove the word policy)
I ran this name change by @Spark450 and he is good with it.
