No node shown when doing first time graph setup

On current develop branch, need to switch graph view modes after creating graph for the first node to show in the graph view

Fixed: Work items now appear immediately in graph view on first-time setup. No need to switch view modes. Welcome graph is auto-created with tutorial work items that display correctly from the start.
