Was experiencing an error after you run a simulation and then try to have the gossclient publish a message back to you on a temporary queue. If the goss client experiences an error when publishing a message, it attempts to refresh the connection and tries again
To test this you can point the repository in GOSS-GridAPPS-D/cnf/ext/repositories.bnd to this branch instead of master
I think this is also related to this error GRIDAPPSD/GOSS-GridAPPS-D#1770
