• Resolves #12 by using provided lat/lng values instead of resolving address. Address is used as fallback in case lat/lng is unavailable (e.g. demo1 emergencies).
• Resolves broken token parsing for print actions.
• Updated Firefox (Gecko) from version 45 to 60. This seems to be the last available version due to conversion of GeckoFx project from public to private.
• Injecting cookies at startup is removed due to interface changes of GeckoFx. This requires manual removal of cookie settings in xml.
