opsx疑问

在 gudaspec-research 阶段会调用一次 /opsx:ff
然后在 gudaspec-plan 阶段又会调用一次 /opsx:continue

我看openspec文档里的描述，这两的commands似乎在流程里只要选择一个调用就行了：

Rule of thumb: If you can describe the full scope upfront, use /opsx:ff. If you're figuring it out as you go, use /opsx:continue.

/opsx:ff vs /opsx:continue

佬这一块是怎么考虑的呀

我也有这个疑问，似乎/opsx:continue是用在/opsx:new。而且/opsx:ff应该是快速完成计划了，也不需要continue去推进吧？
