Internalize a mechanism

This is an Enhancement I would like to suggest.

I think it would be convenient to be able to internalize a custom mechanism (or more largely to persiste the definition of a custom mechanism) to be able to reuse it easily in other GH definitions, with just a copy/paste of the said mechanism parameter.

The GH internalization will not comply with what is required to save a mechanism as a catalog preset. A public preset editor, allowing to store custom mechanisms, parts and tools to local repositories, is already planned in a coming release.
