Is merged and the other three PRs are created in each instrument repo.
This PR adds support for the new
process_filefunction from the instrument packages. This iteration of the function actually pushes the newly created/generated file to s3 in the correct folder.Also included in this PR is a bit of refactoring to clean up a lot of the temporary code as well as add types and docstrings to improve documentation.
