charts: covenant types

Right now we just have a generic chart for total transactions / daily transactions. We can make this much more verbose by adding in the "type" of transaction via covenants. This would require a slight rewrite to how the chart data is generated (only thing different is that it would need to iterate through the txs in the block provided.
