Configure directory for sending back results at install time

When installing HTCondor and configuring the execute node, we should configure a directory to which we can send (push) results. Amongst other requirements, the execute node's slot user needs to have write permissions to this directory.

This would be in addition to the "data source directory"? Write permissions for the slot user are checked/added during install (though only for that specific directory) here:
