What this PR does / why we need it

Shows hackers what's currently going on / what's coming next. Can be put on displays (tv, projector, etc).

Some questions

  • I have read the contributing guidelines
  • I abide by this repository Code of Conduct

Special notes for your reviewer

Still really in-progress. Things I want to get done next:

  • Actual css (thinking to display current events bigger, next ones smaller/indented underneath. Also going to get rid of the table)
  • Mess with the google sheets schedule to be 100% sure algorithm works (right now I think it does but I haven't tested that much)
  • Mobile view
  • Incorporate this into the schedule through a view dropdown selection or something instead of being its own page
  • Add announcements

Additional Notes

Right now I'm not displaying any events without an ending time. This is so things like Hacking Begins doesn't get stuck there forever, but it could be problematic if people don't know about stuff like the career fair

For announcements, if we're going to add it to this page, should we just add it across the entire live page? If it's just on the schedule page we could put it at the top, or maybe for the entire site make a footer w/ scrolling horizontal text.
