Cancellation Granularity

Extend the cancellations endpoint by providing the number of cancelled/fulfilled journeys across multiple days.

Example

Right now, by sending a request to /hist/1.0/journey?... we get:

    { cancellations: X, fullfilled: Y }

Instead, we should get an array for the daily granularity accross dates.
