I’m reaching out as an independent security researcher regarding a critical infrastructure-level exploit that compromises trust in Bitcoin Core binaries (bitcoind, bitcoin-cli), particularly in CI/CD environments.

I have attempted disclosure through affected platforms directly, including Binance, with no technical engagement. I am now looking to coordinate responsibly with a security-first team for triage, NDA setup, and potential acquisition or joint disclosure.
