Add max line width (print width) with default value of 80 characters per line

Describe the Feature

Haxe doesn't support formatting with maximum number of characters (print width) per line, like Prettier.

(Optional) Sample of desired output

should be formatted as:

1234567890 *
  1234567890 *
  1234567890 *
  1234567890 *
  1234567890 *
  1234567890 *
  1234567890 *

formatter supports wrapping.maxLineLength setting to limit number of characters per line (default: 160).
what it doesn't have is a wrapping function that supports multiplication chains. there is one for "+/-" chains, but not a general arithmetic one.

It should support this feature as Prettier does, but it should work in VSCode.

Haxe formatter currently doesn't factor this operator into multiple lines if the width exceeds the maximum line length.
