Review the current SNOMED CT sex-related mappings for snomed:248152002 (Female (finding)), which currently appears multiple times with hriv:hasExactMeaning to different HRIO meanings:

• hrio:FemaleSex
• hrio:Female
• hrio:FemaleSexPerson
• hrio:PhenotypicFemaleSex
• hrio:KaryotypicFemaleSex
• hrio:SexAtBirthFemaleSex

This is inconsistent with the mapping strategy, according to which hriv:hasExactMeaning should only be used when the source concept is fully and precisely defined by a single HRIO meaning, and each external concept should have at most one hriv:hasExactMeaning.
