Feedback screen should have a form for submitting feedback in free form text.
It should also have an optional email field for contacting the the user. If the user is logged in, the email field can be pre-filled.
On submitting the feedback it should be sent as email to help.a.paw@outlook.com (can be sent using the same email as in 'From Alf to Alf' :) )
