Regular and electrified rails are not interchangeable, so electrifying an existing railroad is problematic.
Steps to reproduce
Attempt to replace regular rails with electrified rails or vice versa.
Expected behavior
normal and electrified rails are interchangeable, just like different versions of conveyors and manipulators.
