I have a question about grouped convolution in parallel domain preceptor.
In grouped convolution, each group only receives the a portion channel of f, but paper describes "The n-th basis preceptor pn converts f into the n-th basis representation pn(f), ... , each group corresponds to a basis preceptor". It seems that each group receives the complete f.
Have I made any misunderstanding?
