DRAFT: Add Zones

This is not here to be merged--It is just a preview of changes specific to the fork. Why forked: Xyness#54 (comment).

Add arbitrary-sized zones within claims.

• The zone overrides the behavior of the claim.
• In Zone overrides either Chunk or Claim behaviors, whichever makes the most sense. Examples:
  • Are overridden (when in Zone): add/list/remove for settings (permissions), members, and for chunks.
  • Are not overridden: Claim/unclaim, buy/sell, set owner.
• Change permissions, members, and whatever else is practical and useful to implement.
  • But let's be honest, none of this was very practical to implement (redundant code--had to change ~40 methods of ~20 GUI subclasses; and several hundred calls to translate function since assumed chunk/claim level stuff), but I did it anyway.
