This PR extends #396 to previous & next navigation buttons on TEI resources.
Requests to the frus-ajax.xql endpoint will now:
The PR also adds comments explaining how the
urlrequest parameter maps onto publication resource identifiers and changes variable names to conform to the conventions used in pages.xqm and config.xqm.
