Concurrent appointments who do not serve

Joe,

We have a few people in the database who received concurrent appointments, but did not serve (i.e., they appear in other nominees). Since the appointments were made concurrently, I would like to keep them linked ... but is there any way we can suppress the autogenerated text for accredited/residency, since they were not accredited or resident?
