ALOpsNugetDownload@1 returning a http 404 error.

Describe the bug
We are trying to use ALOpsNugetDownload@1 but are unable to get it to work. I see that the documentation hasn't been merged to the master branch so perhaps this is not ready for use yet? I followed the setup in Buildstepsv1.md in the mkdocs branch in the meantime.
I am just testing this with the MS app symbols. Are we using this correctly?

Expected behavior
