[Feature] MCP for ALOps

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Vibe coding is the current vibe and we have many advances in AL vibe coding. I think it might also be very useful in setting up yml pipelines. The problem is that "regular" AI does not know ALOps for DevOps.

Describe the solution you'd like
Would it be possible to create an MCP on ALOps for DevOps so that our AI pipeline coders can use that when setting up/optimizing our pipelines?

Additional context
If our agents can access the specific architecture of ALOps, it can use that information to better understand our pipeline code and can help in creating new pipelines and optimizing existing ones. This would significantly shorten the time we put in pipeline maintenance.

@PeterConijn Just for curiosity: What should this ALOps MCP be capable of doing? Have you looked into the Azure DevOps MCP for the pipeline features?

How I look at it: look into ALOps documentation and help with setting up and troubleshoot pipelines.
