How to incorporate external knowledge

Hi, this might be a stupid question, but during a project that I am working on, I used Holoclean for some data repair task. I found that, however, there's no documentation on how external knowledge (like the example in the paper) can be incorporated. Could you advise please?

I came here for the same. How can we load external data checks?

I've noticed there is an example script called: "holoclean_repair_example_df.py"

There I noticed that the error loader is defined as

error_loader = ErrorsLoaderDetector(
        db_engine=hc.ds.engine,
        schema_name='hospital',
        table_name='dk_cells'
)

I am not sure if this is related to schema constraints (or external checks), but in case it does, how is this supposed to be implemented?

I get an error whenever I try to run this second example script
