Description
A program to help sync coins with Apertus with ease.
Would inform the user what is occurring, namely, the placement of the .conf file in Users//AppData/Roaming/CoinX/coinx.conf
Program would allow user to chose name and password for the .conf file and explain what it is for, and instructions on how to proceed.
An advanced form of this program would auto-detect running blockchains and ask the user to sync to Apertus (with the option of declining and an option to never ask again).
