getting several errors when trying to follow instructions

hi, I am new to Apertus. I synced the btc wallet and saved the conf file. When I run Apertus I get a Microsoft NET Framework error but Im able to click on "continue" and Apertus opens up. Then when I go to wallets and I choose the bitcoin wallet I get another error that says "The given key was not present in the dictionary", Im able to continue but I cant edit any of the fields to enter my username. Im stucked there.

verify your bitcoin wallet version ..is between 0.10.x - 0.16.x newer wallet versions are not compatible…due to substantial changes in RPC commands

I had the latest version. Now I tried with 0.16.3 but Im having the same problem.
0.16.3 is the version linked in your website and older versions are not available on the bitcoin core website

it immediately erroring out is a concern … what language and version of windows are you running… I have seen something similar with windows 10 and the German language pack.

the gentleman in Germany had to change his regional language settings to resolve the problem…I will follow up more later..currently on a road trip

ah ok, I will see if we have that option, Windows is often not openly customizable sometimes, specially when you didnt pay them haha, thank you for the follow up
