fix: French œ/æ diacritic mapping

Summary

• French diacritic_map had multi-char keys "oe"→["œ"] and "ae"→["æ"] that the char-by-char normalizer silently ignored (same bug as German ß, fixed in PR fix: Korean keyboard unclickable + German ß — universal diacritic normalization #155)
• Merged into existing single-char entries: "o"→["ô","œ"] and "a"→["à","â","æ"]
• Players can now type o to match œ and a to match æ in French words (16 affected words, 0.4% of word list)
