Store logged data in subfolders

Now that more testing is being carried out lots of data from several boards are received, sometimes making it hard to find the needed variable to plot or view.

So I propose to subdivide the data folder into each board, and then store the corresponding variables in the right subfolder, thus making it easier to find and locate the desired variable.

Therefore the structure should be left like:
