Hi ICascha,

Thank you very much for your previous reply, but now I have a new problem.
In the tcn.py file, there is a piece of code: from tensorflow_addons.layers import SpectralNormalization, WeightNormalization
I tried several versions of tensorflow_ Addons, but no SpectralNormalization or WeightNormalization,could you please provide the version of tensorflow_addons or related information?

You can install tensorflow_addons using: pip install tensorflow-addons Notice that during install you should not use underscore. Good luck!
