Chart errors: quality of severity fit and maximum likelihood estimates

Quality of severity fit and maximum likelihood estimates: always gives: "An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification"

Occurs in Advanced mode (option not available in Basic).

Testing on 30/09: All charts show, when testing on BGD people affected response cost.

However, a different error occurs: 'could not function "akaike.weights"'
akaike.weights function comes from the qpcR library, which was commented out in global.R

Re-running with it available again: 'could not function "akaike.weights"' error occurs

May resolve under #35 ?

updated packages; now receive error related to 'rgl' / 'XQuartz', cannot resolve - prevent running app for testing, but seemingly not deployment process - though when deployed, there is frequent server disconnection. Requires a fix.

Working locally for me, I think when renv integrated branch is deployed this will be fixed. I'll save marking as done until I've tested on a deployed vers though
