Improve input template guidance #5
Description
WB request: More explanation on the structure of the data required is needed as not obvious. Maybe show two examples in the template, one for years and one for simulations (and explain any zero entry is assumed no event, not blank).
Propose to add in this section:
"4. Compile for each country and hazard risk, a separate input Excel file:"
