Allows toggling silent item giving(chat notifications and ownership) via Harmony patching.
P.S. By default, silent item giving is enabled.

Permissions

• silentitemsgive.admin - Grants access to the command silentgive.toggle

Commands

• silentgive.toggle boolValue(optional) - Toggle silent item giving. To access this command, you must be an administrator or have the silentitemsgive.admin permission.
