Describe the Feature

I'd like to see an option under "Mod-Specific Options" that controls the global volume of all sounds produced by the mod.

Use Case

This would be helpful in having greater control of the levels in relation to the rest of Minecraft's (and other mods') volume levels without having to fiddle with the game's overall master volume.
