Improve the containerized development environment based on latest requirements:

• dataverse-design-system subpackage installation
• js-dataverse remote package installation
• frontend dev image size optimization (Current: 3GB)
• add configbaker for bootstrapping (nice to have)

• [Spike - Frontend] - Invoke js-dataverse use cases in the Dataset info UI components and integrate all components in the Dataset page #95
