So, as I said, I'm pretty positive this is data corruption that happens at the time of the initial population of the database. And my guess is it happened on dvn-build and dataverse-demo because the curl scripts were run remotely. As long as we run them locally on dataverse-demo today, with the LANG env. variable set to en_US.UTF-8, I expect it to ingest properly. We'll verify.
