The pop up not allowing me to see the Save Changes & Cancel buttons.

Added custom jQuery function that is called after opening a dialog popup, that restyles the popup to no longer be fixed, thus allow the popup to scroll, showing the form buttons.

The code was found from this Stackoverflow post.
