Feature Request: Add ROR to the citation metadata block author identifier field

Overview of the Feature Request

• To further our implementation of the GREI Metadata and Search Subcommittee Recommendations_V01_2023-06-29, the citation metadata field must support Research Organization Registry (ROR) identifiers. We'll need to add "ROR" to the list of identifiers that users can select from the Author Identifier Type field:

What inspired the request?

• The Dataverse team is committed to implement the GREI Metadata and Search Subcommittee Recommendations_V01_2023-06-29 intended to improve data description and findability. Support for ROR identifiers is a GREI recommendation.

What existing behavior do you want changed?

• Dataverse software currently does not support this feature
