Selecting Root Dataverse Facets not saving

Steps to reproduce:

Root dataverse > edit > general information > pick all facets (to show on the right) > save

Go back and edit see that right facets block is blank, previous selection of all facets did not save.

@esotiri - issue is that facet root is false for root dataverse. Short term fix - change that flag to true:
update dataverse set facetroot= true where id = 1;

Longer term - we'll make this part of the set up script or update the code to take into account that the root dataverse is always effectively "facet root".

As a temporary workaround, I have applied this to dvn-build.
