Installer: Update Glassfish JVM options for DOI connection

And finally there are 3 JVM options that need to be set. Again, I will work at making this an automatic part of the set up scripts in the future, but for now:

-Ddoi.password=apitest
-Ddoi.username=apitest
-Ddoi.baseurlstring=https://ezid.cdlib.org
