Allow for multiple Contacts per Dataset:
Reviewed request from user (submitted here by Phil in text below), and discovered that the current Contact field taken from DDI is used for general purposes and can be made repeatable. As of 3.x we do not currently allow for more than (1) contact so for 4.0 we should still keep Contact separate but allow for multiple contacts to be listed which would be useful if more than 1 person would like to be contacted. This allows for flexibility since it easily permits for authors and other contributors to be contacts of the dataset (producers, archive, distributors) and maps nicely to DDI.

Subject: [Dataverse-Users] Author (email) addresses

Hi, we consider starting to use Dataverse. I have looked at the DDI
2.5 schema. Now, we would like to include contact information for each
author of a study or dataset. I find the "affiliation" attribution
under the "AuthEnty" element. But I do not find an "address"
attribution or something like that. So how may we enter (email)
address information, related to each individual author in a study?

Currently, in 3.x, you can only have one contact per study. That contact can have an email address. Authors cannot have email addresses.
