Dataset Metadata - allow one subfield to reference the value of another

For example, allow one subfield to reference the value of another

This feature will particularly be useful to not have to display the full URL (which can sometimes be very long and take up space in the UI) but instead have Link Text be hyperlinkable.

For example the Topic Class Vocabulary URL would not display but instead just show the Topic Class Vocabulary be hyperlinkable using the Topic Class Vocabulary URL.
