I've removed the duplicate block of help text from showing up on the dataset pg. I'm going to add an additional issue to this ticket, and pass it to Stephen, so we can get a "Success!" message to display after you've created/edited a dataset.

We shouldn't open up "new" features on tickets that are bugs. Passing this to QA and opening up a new issue.
