Document how to configure a Jenkins job to build Dataverse

Collaborators such as @bencomp have been asking about how we have Jenkins configured to build Dataverse.

We should document our setup.

Increasingly, I've been using Travis for Dataverse builds, especially as I work on #775: https://travis-ci.org/IQSS/dataverse . Here's the config file: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/blob/master/.travis.yml

That said, the builds we upload to https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/releases are still built with Jenkins so unless we ever plan to change that we should document the setup. It hasn't really changed much since this screenshot has been posted. Pretty much you just run the equivalent of mvn package to produce a war file.

Pull request #3299 by @bsilverstein95 just got merged which prompted me to update the Jenkins job at https://build.hmdc.harvard.edu:8443/job/phoenix.dataverse.org-apitest-develop/ to include new integration tests (ConfirmEmailIT) that have been added. Under "Build", the "Goals and options" line now reads this:

test -Dtest=DataversesIT,DatasetsIT,SwordIT,AdminIT,BuiltinUsersIT,UsersIT,UtilIT,ConfirmEmailIT -Ddataverse.test.baseurl='http://phoenix.dataverse.org'

I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who is aware of this stuff so I thought I'd drop a note here at least. This is also related to the test automation issue at #2746 . Anyway, as of build 49 we have more integration tests, per the screenshot below. Thanks, @bsilverstein95 !
