Host Dataverse dropdown is displaying strangely, with the caret/arrow icon getting smooshed and cut off.

@mheppler & @scolapasta what's going on with this functionality? is it going to be added back in? if not, we can close this ticket.

This layout issue related to down arrow of PrimeFaces selectone menus was fixed in a commit dated Aug 28.

The Host Dataverse has not returned to the UI, but an example of these dropdown menus are scattered in the metadata fields of the edit/create dataset page.
